Who is HSouth?

Heather Southerland, founder & coach, Nashville native

Lifelong health enthusiast & athlete dedicating her midlife years to creating impact - especially in the lives of women - via a passion to educate on the importance of building strength and growing mobility to achieve optimal health and life span;

Parlaying 25+ years of ongoing exercise education, consistent strength and movement programming, alongside the ever-present pursuit for growth, Heather seeks to build relationships while creating meaningful impact in the lives of those she coaches.
