15 minute goals and ability assessment
45 minutes of practical and functional strength and mobility programming
Demonstrations, movement regressions, and progressions
Applicable take-away explanations of exercises performed
Multiple session commitment, in person ($140-$200/session)
60 minute goals and ability assessment
60 minute sessions involving dynamic warm-up, functional, progressive strength and mobility, time to down-regulate
Programming prescribed and optimized based on length of commitment
Demonstrations, movement regressions, and progressions including access to in-app program and movements
Applicable take-away explanations of exercises performed
WORK OUT WITH ME! ($80)
